Positive: Erica was instrumental in changing my reservation. I accidentally put in the wrong dates and I was unable to get through to Booking.com for two (2) days. I was in a panic. She also tried and was unable to get through to your system. She worked with me for a couple days. She corrected the reservation in the hotel records and assured me that she would handle the correction with you. Erica placed a note on the account that provided information to your company about the situation. If it had not been for Erica taking the lead, I would not have been able to attend the event that was scheduled. And I would have lost the money that I spent to attend the event; the money I spent to travel to DC; and hotel costs Erica was a God-send. I am so grateful to her. It's rare to find good customer service these days. She went above and beyond! Erica is an exceptional representative of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Washington Downtown!
Negative: I would like to have had toiletries (lotion, more than one small bar of soap). Also, an air vent in the bathroom to prevent steam buildup would be good.
Summary: I enjoyed my stay and may come again.

Positive: I loved how close it was to Capital One Arena and within walking distance of so many good food places.
Negative: The thermostat wouldn't adjust temperature.

Negative: Bed is too hard and there needs to be lighting in the hall of the room. It’s too dark.
Summary: Great hotel and location. Surge pricing can make it $$$, but I stay 2-3x a year and it’s great!
